1. JOB OBJECTIVES
Mentors support students in completing their application to Top US Universities, providing study and skill orientation to maximize their chances of admission.
2. MAIN DUTIES
- Develop study plans according to admission requirements of top US schools.
- Provide guidance on academic skills: reading comprehension, analysis, critical thinking.
- Support in building academic profiles & extracurricular activities.
- Provide personal branding guidance for students.
- Support in writing essays: brainstorming, outlining, editing.
- Monitor progress and meet with parents.
- Complete documents: essay, resume, recommendation letters.
- IELTS/TOEFL, SAT, AP exam orientation...
- Soft skills training: presentation, time management.
- Ensure application timeline for each school.
3. APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate (priority: English Language, Education, International Studies...).
- IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent.
- Good writing skills: academic/creative writing.
- Patient, inspirational.
- Proactive, good communication, responsible.
